![]() You have two 'expression' pedals these can be assigned to control any two parameters in any patch eg two channel strip volumes one bus send level & one FX parameter, etc. I don't think it is going to be a lot of use as a controller for MainStage. I have not used an FC-300, but I have had a close look at its specifications. Through one or all of the Standard, Control, SYS EX, Patch, Parameters. It never ends what it can do I have to find the sequence and get the rest of the pedal communicating. It's a great midi pedal with options and options and options. the + and - are on the Layout screen and edit screen. Also the set patches "5 step", "10 step" is on both just have to get them on the same page then I should be able to work down to individual from there. Two, I'm just looking to get it to use as a stomp box through the buttons on Mainstage (The PCR-300 takes care of the amp section, rotary, fader etc.) all the different effects and other options with On/Off, Latch they say its (press/release) tried them. Try CC2 does the same thing and both buttons start going a whole different way but the way I want them to. One, some CC1 comes through Mainstage then there was no sequence that made sense The CC1 comes up under #66 (Learn) and not #4 and the button responds. ![]() The FC-300 just isn't responding in a coherent way except for the expression/volume pedals, which in itself shows its communicating, But I can't get it to stay working with the the rest of the pedals and settings. Now if only I could find some help using thr Roland FC-300 with Mainstage □ You now have a backing track from Logic controllable in Mainstage. NOW to control it either add a fade in Layout mode OR just stay in EDIT mode and assign one of the faders to the AUDIO track you created from Logic. Now open preferences in Mainstage and change the input to 15-16 (which is Soundflower) Now you have sound coming from the channel strip in Mainstage you created. Now go to Mainstage create the the empty audio track and change the input to 15-16. Then go to the recorded track in Logic and change the output to 15-16. In Logic you set Soundflower to the Device in Logic to Soundflower channel 15-16. You need to create a track in Mainstage (not yet) and get Soundfllower its free. First off you have to have the CPU to do it. To play a recorded track in Logic through Mainstage here is what you do. Must be followed exactly or it won't work. Hi, Of course there s a way Logic 8 is the #1 DAW on the market it's all about finding and getting it what you want it to do. ![]()
